- Manage payroll and handle employer's returns and MPF submissions
- Handle all-round office administration, including procurement of office equipment, supplies, and pantry items
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and employee benefits claims
- Develop and maintain an employee handbook outlining welfare and talent schemes
- Organize team and company activities to promote team bonding and morale
- Post job advertisements, screen candidates, and coordinate interview schedules
- Prepare employment contracts and manage the staff onboarding process
- Provide ad-hoc support to other related tasksskills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
- Minimum 1- 3 years of HR or admin experience
- Reliable, attention to details and well-organized
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule and multi-tasks
- Immediate available is highly preferred
