- Fully responsible for account receivable function including issuance of penalty invoices to vendor and Interco Billing, ensure timely collection, update the Invoice and cash application in SAP and prepare ageing reports and dashboards
- To perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to bank reconciliation, AP invoice processing, month-end closing
- To maintain a right track record of fixed assets
- To facilitate vendor management and the financial health check of potential vendors
- To perform ad-hoc project as requested
- Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 2 years' relevant work experience in sizable or MNC
- Work independently, well organised and good at communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience in SAP system is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
