- Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks
- Create and manage accounting records and documents
- Provide administrative assistance by organizing incoming correspondence, filing paperwork, and arranging mail/courier services for audits and bank-related tasks
- Manage bank reconciliations and maintain statements
- Assist with month-end financial tasks, bookkeeping, cash flow, and financial report preparation
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in roles like Accounting Assistant or Accounting Administration
- Hold a diploma or degree in accounting; possessing an accounting qualification is beneficial
- Keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team
- Responsible, driven, and excellent communication abilities
