- Manage the daily operational duties of Accounts Payable and Receivable function including data input, cheque payments, prepare vouchers, monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, staff expenses, month end checking, inter-co current accounts reconciliation, Issue debit notes and credit notes, etc.
- Handling bookkeeping for certain companies
- Perform and maintain accurate transactions in accounting system
- Track expenses and prepare expense reports
- Ensure prompt payment in accordance with credit terms through appropriate payment mode
- Making petty cash payments.
- Following up with the vendors on issues related with accounts payable and maintaining good relations with them.
- Need to prepare Receivable reports, Deposit reports, Daily cash summary and such other reports as required by the management
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Making visits to bank, family office on as and when basis.
- Perform other Ad hoc duties as may be advised from time to time.
- Perform administrative work as per supervisor's instruction (binding and scanning etc)
- Degree in accounting or above
- Associate member of professional accounting bodies is an advantage
- Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting field or audit
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of MS Office is a must
