- Perform daily accounting duties including account payable, account receivables, payment preparation, handling of petty cash, monitoring of cash collection from customers
- Prepare month-end closing, including journal entry preparation, general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation
- Assist entities in Asia the individual will be in charge of with the financial reporting and review the reporting package for the consolidation
- Assist supervisor in preparing an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting of Asia region
- Assist supervisor in providing required documents to auditors for year-end audit
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
- High Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skill
- Strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure and independently
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Excel to create, manipulate and format high volumes of data
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant
- Immediate available is highly preferred
