    A MNC trading company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their stable and rapidly growing business.

  • Provide general office administrative support such as purchasing stationery, organizing office supplies, business cards, handling mail services, processing expense claims, and invoices.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating office accommodation, renovation, and maintenance logistics.
  • Plan, arrange, and execute company events such as annual dinner, Christmas party, summer carnival, and interactive workshops.
  • Provide secretarial assistance to the VP Head of Hong Kong.
  • Schedule and arrange internal/external meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate and document meetings, including materials and minutes.
  • Collaborate proactively and independently with internal and external parties.
  • Address staff inquiries.
  • Communicate with service providers/suppliers for quotes, conduct cost and service standard analysis, and prepare procurement applications.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Perform assigned ad-hoc projects and & experiences required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
