    A sizable and reputable company within the financial services sector is looking for a HR & Admin officer to join their stable organization.

  • Responsible for HR and administrative functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, exit arrangements, staff leave and attendance record management, and employee relations.
  • Collect and generate HR metric data reports, as well as monthly reports, based on the compiled information.
  • Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities.
  • Assist in general office administration duties including manning the reception desk, maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Min. 4-6 years HR & Admin experience.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
  • Prior work experience in Financial Services or Asset Management companies is preferred.
