Reporting to the Assistant Discovery & Education Director, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting administrative work within the department, including but not limited to procurement process, roster management, time card management, safety-related coordination work, regular report preparation, etc.. In addition, s/he will coordinate with other departments and external parties for various administrative tasks.
Requirements
Degree in Education, Business or other related disciplines
With at least 2 years of administration or related experience
Experience in procurement and rostering for sizable organization preferred
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
Knowledge in SAP and WMS is an added advantage
Willing to work outdoor occasionally and on weekends and during public holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, pleasant and be a good team player
