- Clerical support in documentation maintenance for marketing activities & promotion campaigns Vendor & PO creation, printing, scanning, data-entry & filing
- Accounts receivables (AR) management Send out AR statements, coordinate payment collection and manage simple admin inquiries with customers; Assist in monitoring and escalating long outstanding debts; Liaise and coordinate communications among customers and internal functions
- Support on general clerical & documentation duties (. shared folders management, general & new joiners on-boarding document printing/scanning/filing, etc)
- Implement daily general office admin tasks IT equipment repairs and maintenance (with off-shore IT), mailing/courier arrangement, meetings/events coordination, stationeries and office supplies ordering, etc.
- Ensure tidiness of office, wellness & overall safety of the work environment
- Provide other administrative support as necessary
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel.
- Experience in ERP system preferred
