    Job Description

  • Lead workplace management practices and take the ownership of workplace experience
  • Provide full spectrum of workplace management services to the HK office including but not limited to office management, tenancy management, event management and travel management;
  • In charge of office facilities maintenance and office administrative duties by managing a team of receptionist and cleaners ( office inventory management, stationery ordering, courier services etc.);
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly in Hong Kong, and regulate the process to ensure effectiveness and compliance of office operations
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement, vendor management, payment and budget control;
  • Responsible for workplace enhancement project as needed
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in office management role, both MNC or sizeable company experience preferable
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong administration, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, and perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedules;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities;
  • Self-starter, driven, solutions focussed, proactive with a can do attitude;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Team player – able to be resourceful and work with small but growing team, as well as ability to work independently; and
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
