- To provide coordination and administrative support to Relationship Management team and Owners/TRC Engagement teams
- To support coordination and management of event invitation and guest registration for Engagement activation on raceday and non-raceday
- To handle customer enquiries and work with related counterparts to provide solutions and follow up with Owners and IRC members
- To provide administrative support on preparation of presentation materials and policies/guidelines
- To handle cross-team coordination work within the Owners and IRC Engagement teams and other cross-departmental stakeholders
- Tertiary education or Degree holder in Administration or Communications
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Previous working experience in consultancy, agencies, hospitality industry or marketing/PR capacity will be an advantage
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-minded, good organization and excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
