- Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage investment portfolio's reporting
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a family office environment, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
- Good commands in Chinese and English
