Role Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Market Development Officer (Sales Representative) to join Northern Trust's Global Family Office (GFO) team in Hong Kong. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities in areas such as global custody, asset administration, capital markets, investments, and technology solutions for family offices. Reporting directly to the APAC Head of Client Development for GFO, the ideal candidate should:

• Fluently speak English, Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin.
• Build a strong referral network with key external advisors.
• Act as the face of Northern Trust's Global Family Office business in the region.
• Participate in events to foster and grow client relationships.
• Focus on developing and implementing a strategic market growth plan.
• Be motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
