- This role falls under the team of Market & Liquidity Risk Management Department
- Measure, monitor and report liquidity risk in accordance with supervisory policy manuals issued by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority
- Analyze balance sheet movements in relation to liquidity ratios, e.g. Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio
- Conduct behavioral analysis for cash flow and perform liquidity stress testing
- Prepare funding strategy for management committee discussion
- Handle ad-hoc assignments whenever required Requirements
- University graduate or above in Risk Management, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Quantitative Analysis or related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years liquidity risk management experience with authorized institutions is required, candidate with less experience may be considered as Risk Officer
- Professional qualification in FRM, CPA or CFA is an advantage
- Qualified as Relevant Practitioner under the Enhanced Competency Framework on Treasury Management (ECF-TM) of Treasury Markets Association
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Macro, VBA, and/or SQL is essential
- Solid experience or knowledge in SAS application is preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication, organization and analytical skills
- Pro-active, mature, independent with positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibilities
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
