- Weekly roster creation, maintenance and publishing on time, accurately and in accordance to set standards
- Daily roster management to meet operations requirements including shift changes, on/off as appropriate
- Handle part-time staff enquires on the work schedule, salary information or related policies and procedures.
- Administration of part-time staff performance rating records.
- Assist in payroll, attendance procedures and admin processes.
- Produce regular operational reports to Section Heads, HR.
- Perform Check-In Counter duties on race days and non-race days.
- Conduct general administrative tasks.
- Handle PTS enrolment on Facial Recognition system.
- Assist in training and IVE and SINO lecturers visits.
- Perform other assignments and projects as and when assigned by the Management.

The Department
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
The Job
About You
Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
1 years' hands-on work experience in HR/Admin field, finance, catering or mass rostering experience is preferable;
- Fresh graduate will be considered
Diploma level or above
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
