- 主任不在崗的情況下擔任代理主任,確保會所前堂和後勤的清潔。
- 以團隊主管的身份向其他餐飲服務員分配任務,並向他們提供協助。
- 為新進的員工提供在職培訓。
- 監督任務的進度,確保任務按時完成,並符合既定的標準。
- 在日常運行中擔當起總餐飲助理的職責。
- 負責特別及深入清潔專案的技術性工作。
- 向會員提供一切力所能及的幫助。
- 向主任報告出現的任何異樣情況。
- 協助主任開展預防性維護並做好所有維護設備的記錄工作。
- 協助控制所有設備及供給物資的發放及返還。
- 定期檢查清潔用品的庫存情況,確保它們可以滿足運營的需要。按照獲得批准的申請單,集中並發放供給物資。
- 確保支援品德庫存充足。
- 隨時監控工具與設備的工作狀態。
- 根據既定的規範,每月對所有的清潔用品、供給物資和設備進行消耗狀況統計與庫存清點。每月更新員工的出勤記錄。
- 每日登記和存放找到的失物;一旦出現異常情況,立刻向主任匯報。
- 隨時承擔主任或更高級級別領導交辦的其他任務。
- 至少三年在會所或酒店的經驗
- 了解HACCP、清潔機器操作以及清潔化學品和用品應用
- 良好的中文溝通技巧和社交技能
