- Oversees the daily operations of the Forge Workshop and ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained and in safe conditions
- Maintains optimal inventory stock level including supervising daily delivery and issuance of stock
- Calculate costs and assist in preparation of annual budgets
- Ensure the site operations comply with the latest safety standards and requirements
- Perform periodic work site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Assist in preparations of annual budgets and revision of departmental policies and protocols relating to workshop operations and maintenance
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head Farrier and his delegate
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Appropriate level of training in first-aid would be an advantage
- Experience in stock management would be an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- A flexible approach to problem-solving and working with others
- Proficient in computer application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access)
- Good command of written and spoken English (Essential) and Cantonese and Mandarin
