- Rotational Training:

- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Propose and implement innovative ideas to streamline operations and improve business outcomes.

- Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Relationship Building:
- Build professional relationships with colleagues, mentors, and stakeholders across different departments. Seek guidance and mentorship to accelerate your professional growth.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Regularly review and assess your own performance with the support of supervisors and mentors. Actively seek feedback and take necessary steps to improve your skills and capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years' working experience in retail & office leasing/ omni-channel marketing strategy and campaigns gained in sizable/ reputable organizations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field will be advantageous.
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
