- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the integration development between CRM module & OEM system
- Maintain & provide support on application system to ensure incidents & issues are resolve in a timely manner (i.e. routine operation, UAT testing, user training, system administrations and configurations.)
- Work closely with IT infrastructure & security terms on fulfilling security & risk requirements on application systems
- Work as a team to maintain documents & manuals for support services process
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement & provide feasible solutions to any problem on business operations
- Coordinate with external vendors on new technology projects, application enhancements & technical support
- Degree or above, preferably in computer science, information systems or related discipline
- 4 years + experience on application support & system development with solid experience on ERP & CRM (preferably with Salesforce) system
- Knowledge & experience in SQL, ETL, Python, Microsoft Power & Power BI
- Prior experience in system & data integration would be highly preferable
- Hands-on experience in cloud based application development & system maintenance would also be an advantage
