- Provide level 1 user support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Perform day-to-day PC administration and desktop services.
- Conduct regular system checks and operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle administrative tasks such as hardware inventory, report generation, and system document preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.
- Hold a degree or higher diploma in IT or a related discipline.
- Possess at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Service Desk and IT support.
- Previous experience in financial or sizable firms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive, independent, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
