- Support the institutional sales team to prepare marketing and sales materials, such as presentations, pitch books, and product literature
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Perform account opening for new clients and on-going KYC updating
- Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, working closely with the sales team and investment professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs
- Handle client-related issues in relation to operations, investment, compliance or other areas and follow-through with solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, marketing, product development, to enhance product offerings and client experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- University graduate in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support or RFP in asset management or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and abilities to follow through on issues
- Good language skills, verbal and written
- Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
