- Assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales support team
- Manage and prioritize incoming sales support requests from local brokers and agents, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with the distribution team to understand their support needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of sales support resources
- Provide coordination support to the marketing team in their work with vendors
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support the team in maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their support needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local brokers, agents, and vendors
- Address any concerns or issues promptly, ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the sales and marketing teams
- Maintain documentation of sales support activities, processes, and best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or a similar role with client service industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and distribution channels, preferably with experience in supporting brokers and agents
- Insurance knowledge is preferable, including familiarity with different insurance products and policies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, brokers, agents, and vendors
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach
