- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other means.
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure that the clients' requirement is met.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in property management or customer service, experience gained in tendering process a definite advantage.
- Profluent in both reading, written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST) & Chinese Word processing.
- Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skill.
- Initiative, flexible, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility, time management and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Immediately available will be highly preferred.
