- Support product development and buying team on new assortment development. Co-ordinate with category owners on global photo book summary, TDSJ and TDSC leverage lists and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system update.
- Consolidating product summary and assortment by franchise/programs and manage product description to support online business.
- Assist buying managers on vendors setup, testing invoice and payment process and support category owners on purchase orders.
- Assist buying managers on samples management, top samples photo taking and/or video taking for franchise approval.
- Support the team on key meeting arrangements.
- Basic knowledge in product development and buying process
- Experience with dealing with supplier or vendor will be an advantage
- Strong in MS office skills and willing to learn new system
- Good verbal and written communication skill, including English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Passionate and familiar with Disney IP and Merchandise
