- Build and Lead our China team, focused on product development and production, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to sourcing and developing suppliers for product, performance, quality, and cost.
- Collaborate with vendors to build and maintain strong relationships, fostering open communication and ensuring mutual success.
- Assist with new product launches by coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
- Work closely with the product team to define process parameters and criteria, ensuring supplier process capability meets product and process requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers, to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product development, production management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
- Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Availability during USA working hours
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Knows US culture and how to work with US company
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism
