- Responsible in formulating end-to-end sales strategies to drive the sales and brand growth (ofline and digital) in local market
- Responsible in collaborating with distributors on both sales and marketing functions to enusre positive ROI
- Distributor management review to ensure effective and efficient delivery across the region
- Analysis on market landscape to identify potential business opportunities for expansion and growth plans
- Analysis to track brand and distribution performance
- Manage P&L, sales forecast, demand projection, sales activities/performance and inventory tracking
- Manage team to ensure continuous growth skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in business or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in sales, business development and/or channel management
- Experience in consumer products and/or houesehold is preferred
- Experience in people management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, relationship-oriented and strong business acumen
