    Job Highlights:

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Full-time, Permanent.
    • Assist in various group company's duties & data entries.
    • Develop new business approach with potential and existing clients.
    • Prepare a proposal, tender reply, report, rolling record, quotation, invoice, vouchers and arrange payments.
    • Formulate sales strategies and participate in pre-sales activities with various stakeholders including end users, contractors, consultants, etc.
    • Follow up closely on customers' enquiries and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain excellent relationship with key account customers in the utility segment.
    • Well coordinate with both internal parties and external stakeholders in all aspects.
    • Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call/meeting schedule.
    • Review and evaluate tender documents for submission.
    • Prepare sales performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.

    Relative Details:
    • Candidates with experiences to work project with Government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and property management companies are preferable.
    • Develop and deliver sales strategies alongside with business sector heads to build-up project pipeline with spec-in work.
    • Assist in developing the products line and expand the market share.
    • Promote high-end electronics / innovation products.
    • Assist the team to implement the business development and marketing strategy in HK, Macau, China and Asia Pacific markets.
    • Must be willing to have business travel occasionally for group's branding and products promotion by smart marketing skills.
    • provide direct support to sales, marketing, and technical teams, liaise closely with internal operations to meet customer requirements.
    • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent.
    • 2-3 years of experience in Industrial/Technical Products is preferable (especially energy-saving products, sensors, controllers, other process control instrumentation).
    • Strong selling, consulting and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and under pressure.
    • Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention details to accuracy.
    • Problems solving, communication skill and priority setting.
    • Well organized, detail-oriented, good time management, multi-tasking, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
    • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
    • Less experienced candidate will be also considered as a Technical Sales Assistant.
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
