- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with landlords and business partners
- Oversee the daily retail operations and provide sales leadership to retail team
- Set and measure KPI for retail stores and support them via product, selling and customer service training
- Identify business opportunities through different channels (retail, corporate, individual and etc)
- Design and execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive commercial return
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and come up with strategic action plans
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activitiesskills & experiences required.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant disciplines
- 4+ years of sales management and retail store operations management in the retail/lifestyle/beauty/consumer goods sector
- Proven experience in managing retail operations is required
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
- Positive mindset, down to earth and hands on leadership style
- Strong sales leadership and people management skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Manager"

They are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join and lead the local B2B and B2C the team.Reporting to the Managing Director, you are expected be the commercial leader of the Hong Kong business managing sales from different channels.
