    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our IT solution company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our IT solution company by expanding our customer base and driving sales excellence.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and acquiring new customers for IT solutions and services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, managing leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
    • Stay up to date with industry regulations, technological advancements, and market trends in the IT solutions industry.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture, promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development within the sales team.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager
    • Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services, including software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
    • Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving sales-related issues.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with IT industry regulations, certifications, and best practices.
