- Assist the team manager in leading a team of Fund Accountants, ensuring the timely and accurate production of daily/monthly/quarterly Net Asset Value (NAV) and managing follow-up operations.
- Deliver precise and prompt accounting services to clients, aligning with their unique business needs.
- Uphold adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory authorities to meet client service agreements.
- Implement internal audits for compliance.
- Provide regular mentorship and professional guidance to a team of Fund Accountants.
- A degree in Accounting or a related Finance discipline.
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant fund accountung experience
- The ability to train and coach a team of Fund Accountants.
- Familiarity with quality control practices for document review.
- Experience in fulfilling third-party audit requirements for financial reporting. Stellar stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
