- Design learning strategies and deliver solutions that support employee development against the University's strategic direction;
- Advise HRBPs on solutions to client groups' specific learning needs;
- Build learning curriculums (e.g. leadership curriculum, personal effectiveness know-how, change management toolkit) and partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver learning content;
- Support on learning & development solutions for talent cohorts;
- Build LMS and the learning content, track learning data and dashboards, draw insights to define learning needs, staff retention, KPIs, ROI, etc.;
- Partner with employee engagement vendor to create positive employee experience and employer branding.
- Bachelor'sdegreeorhigher,preferablyin human resources, business, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, or other related disciplines;
- 10+yearsofexperience in learning & development;
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory;
- Experience in developing an LMS;
- Strongend-to-endprocessthinkingandmanagement,withthe ability to effectively leverage technology to drive and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of learning & development processes;
- Stronganalyticalskillswiththe ability to create, measure and scale the right metrics to drive efficiencies;

The Role
The role is responsible for developing the learning and development ecosystem, implementing L&D strategies across the University to ensure capability building. It involves identifying learning needs, designing and delivering learning solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The role will work closely with HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure the learning ecosystem aligns with the University's overall development strategy.
