- Enhance and define end-to-end enterprise business workflow and system function, such as supply chain system, ordering system, 2B customer portal, etc.
- Gather business requirements and perform digital transformation.
- Smooth daily ordering operation for sales unit.
- Monitor the progress of work projects, conduct regular assessments, reviews and adjustments to work projects to ensure the smooth implementation of relevant projects.
- Assist in formulating the business policy and operation guideline.
- Assist in management presentation material preparation.
- Assist in audit checking, to ensure orders comply with company policy.
- Assist in follow-up the account receivable and arrears record with Finance team and sales unit.
- Degree or above in Information System Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in business process management or 2B product development
- Understanding business and system process, business policy and product management.
- Experience in related product development, system development or project management or accounting area is an advantage.
- Self-initiative and high sense of responsibility with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
