We are currently hiring Business analysts for a Hong Kong based MNC in Conglomerate Industry. They are currently working on a new legal system initiative. This individual will be working for a large-scale, user-centered legal project in an international and Agile environment. This project provides great exposure for individuals to work on an end-to-end project with different stakeholders including internal legal users and vendor. If you are an energetic individual who loves a challenge in the large-scale Brand, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities: (BA)

• Perform business analysis and support business initiatives and project or related issues
• Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
• Refine requirement from global Production manager and write document to global IT team
• Join the workshops
• Execute UAT to support project roll-out
• Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years Experience in Business Analyst/Support
• Legal system experience
• Writing document
• Understand Business requirement
• Experience in stakeholder/vendor management
• Good communication skills and a team player
