- Member Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the members, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for the company, actively promoting and highlighting the facilities, services, products, and events to potential and existing members.
- Guest Services: Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all members and their guests, ensuring they receive personalised attention and assistance throughout their visit.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury club or hotel setting.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for member management and communication.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
