- Obtain pre-trip relevant approval for trip booking, arrange the booking of air-tickets, hotel reservations, business visas and other logistics for executives travelling overseas.
- Arrange meetings, interviews, expenses claims, etc. Provide secretarial support to executives such as preparing presentation, taking minutes, filing document, printing, travel related record tracking and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Calendar management for senior executives.
- Assist in business events, seminars, town halls, offsite, bank activities, premium gifts, client gift register, new hire on-boarding coordination, etc.
- Verify and handle the departmental invoices and vendor set up properly if required.
- Act as relief in the absence of other secretaries and reception support.
- Diploma education with minimum years' working experience in secretarial / administrative field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Spanish will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Energetic, proactive, detail oriented, independent, organized with strong time management skills and a good team player.
- Related experience in financial institutions / banks will be preferable.
