    The Department

    The Wagering Products (WP) Division is responsible for driving the Club's business results through the wagering products of Horse Racing, Football wagering and the Mark 6 Lottery. The division manages the Club's wagering operations and product development with the aim to drive business growth and revenue in a socially responsible manner. In addition, the Wagering Products is also involved in leading our international Commingling business and China Sports Lottery co-operation development.


    The Racing Wagering Product Department is responsible for the optimization and enhancement of the existing racing wagering and lottery products and the development of new racing wagering product for both Hong Kong and overseas. The department does this through the implementation of short-term and long-term racing wagering product changes / launches to support the Club's business plans, This Department will also act as a data owner for racing from the product perspective across the apps and customer touch points.


    The job holder reports to the Head of Racing Wagering Product and is responsible for all secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Racing Wagering Product and the Racing Wagering Product Department.

    You will

  • To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Head of Racing Wagering Product and full range of administrative support to the department, and liaise with external & internal stakeholders.
  • To organise in-person and virtual business meetings, as well as travelling schedules and bookings for assigned Executives and team members; to co-ordinate enquiries and correspondence. To organize and coordinate departmental workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other activities as required.
  • To assist in preparing meeting materials such as meeting papers, agendas, presentations, minutes, and other documentations such as committee papers and reports, ensure all formats and submission should be aligned with WP Division standards and deadlines respectively.
  • To manage the filing system and record maintenance for the department.
  • To assist in consolidating information, documents and files for assigned Executives' review and approval.
  • To conduct all procurement and other administrative exercises including expenditure claims, requests for proposals / quotations, liaison with vendors, and keep track of progress to ensure work is delivered on budget and time.
  • To represent the department to attend regular WP secretarial meetings and gatherings.
  • To act as a primary contact for on boarding preparations of the department, and as an interface with HR for all required actions for the department.
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects, attend conference and escort guests as needed.
  • Undertaking any other duties assigned by assigned Executives.
  • About You

    You should have

  • Tertiary education with minimum five years of relevant work experience in operations, administration and/or secretarial support, preferably in sizable organisations and in a legal or regulatory setting.
  • Highly skilled administrator with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as online meeting platforms.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and adapt to new software; and
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Additionally, Mandarin language skills would be desirable.
  • Able to effectively communicate with a wide-ranging team of international senior executives;
  • Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
  • Able to consistently provide top-quality work under high-pressure; and
  • Has integrity and is trustworthy, dependable and responsible in the workplace.
