- Provide quality secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Counsels of the Legal and Company Secretarial Department;
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence including maintaining good file records;
- Manage calendar/diary for supervisors (booking appointments and meetings, managing deadlines);
- Assist in preparing/editing general legal documents and correspondence;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and tasks where necessary. Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience or knowledge of working within a litigation and/or commercial team;
- Familiarity with legal documentation;
- Solid proficiency in all MS office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese;
- Proactive, organized and detail-orientated; and
- Works well individually and in a team.
