- Coordinate with internal and external counterparts, including fund administrators, brokers, custodians, auditors, and legal/compliance consultants.
- Assist in handling fund operations tasks and daily issues, such as trade bookings and NAV reconciliation.
- Support new fund launches and client onboarding processes.
- Maintain and regularly review databases and documentation.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Fund Operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including VBA programming).
- Proficient in both English and Chinese languages.
