- • Support formulation, agreement, and implementation of strategic plans for the business
- • Cost structure transformation and management to future proof the bank
- • Risk governance to support the management team in risk oversight and decision making
- • Provide oversight of fraud management and operations activities
- Responsible for identifying fraudulent activity on various products, across multiple platforms, to protect Company assets and our customers
- Initiates and/or receives contact from customers, potential victims and external parties while monitoring various queues, reports and items as part of the fraud prevention process
- Leads by example and may assist with training and other departmental support as needed
- Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics
- Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
- Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Candidates with prior telemarketing or call centre exposure are welcome to apply
