- Se conformer aux Procédures Opérationnelles Standard de World Courier (SOP), qui contiennent des instructions spécifiques pour les étapes concernant la réception et l'expédition de matériaux.
- Comparer le matériel reçu avec la documentation transmise afin de certifier la concordance ou les divergences.
- Préparer le contenu des boîtes selon ce qui est décrit sur la Liste de Conditionnement de WC.
- L'Opérateur doit avoir la formation et les capacités requises pour contrôler les caractéristiques des matériaux (décrites sur leurs étiquettes) : numéro d'identification, date d'expiration, équipement du patient, conditions de température et de stockage ainsi que toute information supplémentaire pouvant être utile.
- L'Opérateur doit être spécialement formé pour effectuer des activités liées aux expéditions telles que la préparation de l'emballage, la fermeture des boîtes et l'étiquetage.
- Effectuer des activités sur le Système Opérationnel CTM-STAR liées aux processus d'Entrée, de Sortie, de Retour et de Relocalisation.
- Avoir une connaissance approfondie et effectuer des processus de remise en étiquette, de stockage, d'équilibrage et de relocalisation développés au sein de l'Établissement.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches pour lesquelles l'employé a été formé.
- Pharmacien du Dépôt.
- Responsable de la Logistique de l'Établissement.

- Avoir des connaissances en logistique (de préférence). Excellentes relations interpersonnelles. Capacité à prendre des initiatives et des responsabilités. Compétences informatiques (si applicables).
