- To be a team member of Securities Services Department
- To conduct testing on the functionalities of various trading channels
- To handle customer enquiries and recommendations regarding issues encountered in using various e-channels
- To prepare relevant reports on system utilization, problem logs, etc.
- To support internal users who encounter problem regarding system operations
- To perform IT Project support and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements
- High diploma or above, study in IT, business, finance or related discipline
- 1-2 years' working experience in banking, IT or securities sector
- Sound knowledge in trading systems' functionalities and IT literate
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
