- Participate in internal & external business projects
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, project samples, and working materials
- Break projects into achievable milestones and set timeframes
- Build up effective working relationships with internal users/external vendors
- Liaise with internal users/external vendors to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensure that internal users' needs are met as projects evolve
- Prepare user story, UAT plan & test cases, coordinate UAT with business users, and provide support during UAT
- Assist in the scoping of projects and coordination of resource requirements and estimations
- Assist with progress and risk monitoring, and interface with business stakeholders to help resolve critical issues when necessary
- Produce documentation of both a technical and descriptive nature to meet business and technical planning requirements
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot, and handle any issues and blockers that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Detail-minded, independent, and self-motivated
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and cope with a fast-paced working culture
- Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
