- Plan, implement and manage academic conferences, seminars and workshops
- Serve as administrator and coordinator for school-level and university-level conferences and seminars.
- Organise international and local exposure activities and exchange tours
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for students' learning enhancement schemes and approval exercises
- Provide administrative support for TPg related teaching and learning enhancement initiatives at the central level
- Take lead in publications and promotional websites and materials
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
- A Bachelor's degree, major in communication, marketing and event management preferred
- At least 6 years' post qualification experience, preferably with tertiary education institutions
- Excellent coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience in managing scaled events and running hybrid-mode activities
- An excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Self-motivated, a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.
- Good supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate junior colleagues to achieve common goals of the School and the University
- Proficiency in IT & computer skills, Microsoft Office, Zoom application and Design software
- Relevant work experience in tertiary institutions or established entities' is in advantaged

The School of Graduate Studies is established for strengthening the central support for postgraduate programmes as well as the monitoring of their quality in alignment with the University's strategic direction of expanding and providing quality postgraduate education.
In order to strengthen a centralized function in providing postgraduate students an exceptional learning journey with the University, the School of Graduate Studies is hiring a seasoned executive in managing various students' exposure schemes and programmes, included and not limited to organising international conference, seminars and University-level events.
