- Handle daily HR operations in a Shared Services Environment including onboarding, off boarding, staff transfers, work visa, HR reporting, leave management, insurance administration, etc.
- Take part in the administration of the HKIE training schemes
- Ensure the timely delivery of HR Shared Services in line with service level agreement.
- Collaborate effectively and efficiently with internal HR teams and within Shared Service team to execute daily HR operations
- Collaborate with the offshore HRSS Support Centre on daily operation queries and transactions.
- Participate in global HR transformation projects
- Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR/ Business Administration
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment
- Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Capable to handle multiple tasks in a tight timeframe
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
