- Drive commercial, service level, and operations performance for attractions globally, ranging from theme parks, museums, zoos & aquariums, playgrounds to shows and sport matches.
- Strategy: Co-develop business model and roadmaps for the vertical, from supply to demand to business strategy and technology innovation. Work with regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and projects.
- Program Management: Rollout & support programs globally to drive vertical service level performance at scale.
- Data Analysis: Support data operations, monitor and analyze commercial and operational performance.
- Market Research: Collect market information to facilitate business decisions by crawling websites
- Interested in start-up and travel products
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, good communication and presentation skills
