- Oversee the end-to-end process including designing, implementing, executing and coordinating training programs.
- Support the research and instructional design of learning programs and tools.
- Oversee staff enrollment and provide on-site program support.
- Analyze training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of business learning projects.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue booking, workshops, trainer and resource arrangements.
- Handle e-learning platform and overseeing all associated activities such as the enrollment of new employees.
- Assist with report analysis and track metrics to identify L&D requirements and effectiveness.
- Provide ad hoc general administrative support as & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- 2-5 years L&D work experience gained from financial institutions.
- Skilled in Microsoft applications, such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- Passionate about Human Resources, training and development.
