- Act as one of the core trainer/facilitator to conduct diversify company internal learning and development programs
- Plan, design, demonstrate and evaluate company training programs
- Follow up and improve company training program for enhancement
- Proactive review/change of company L&D direction subject to industry change
- Align and implement company L&D strategies
- Work with external consultants/vendors on specific training program/project needs
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in human resources management/business studies or related discipline
- Hands-on experiences in designing and delivering training/workshops is a must
- Minimum 6 years employee training experiences preferably in sizable organizations
- Solid internal training program design with facilitation
- Good in project management, organizational, collaboration and communication
- Proactive and strong passionate as an internal facilitator/influencer
- Mature, responsible and able to work with staff with all levels
- Able to work under tight deadline
- Strong in MS Office and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
- Good command in both spoken Chinese and English
- Mandarin is a must
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Officer level
