- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' digital product processes and how they will enhance the current suite of products
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize digital operations
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Drive meetings with stakeholders, ensuring requirements are collected correctly and effectively.
- Monitor and track the performance of digital initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years' of experience in a digital business analyst or a similar role
- Strong understanding of customer through to product work flows
- Past experience working on mobile and web based platform, especially customer facing applications.
- Confident communicator and interpersonal skills
- Proactiveness in driving project outcomes
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
