- Lease Administration:
- Assist in managing the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records, including lease agreements, tenant information, and lease terms.
- Prepare leasing proposals, lease renewal notices, and other leasing-related documents.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
- Tenant Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving tenant-related issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Conduct regular tenant meetings and provide updates on property-related matters.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants, market trends, and competitors.
- Assist in analyzing market conditions to determine competitive rental rates and leasing strategies.
- Prepare market reports, including occupancy rates, rental income, and market insights, for management review.
- Lease Negotiation and Documentation:
- Assist in negotiating lease terms, conditions, and rental rates with prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Coordinate lease execution and manage the lease documentation process.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the leasing team, property management, and other departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
- Support the leasing team in achieving leasing targets and business objectives.
- Assist in coordinating marketing and promotional activities to attract potential tenants.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of solid experience in retail leasing, legal documents and property management in shopping malls or retail consultancy agencies.
- Strong knowledge of leasing practices, market trends, and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
