- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and terminations, and take appropriate actions to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Tenant Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as property management, legal, and finance, to resolve tenant-related issues.
- Conduct regular tenant meetings and provide updates on property-related matters.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze market conditions and recommend adjustments to leasing strategies to stay competitive.
- Prepare regular leasing reports, including occupancy rates, rental income, and market insights, for management review.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the leasing team and other departments to achieve leasing objectives and business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to junior leasing officers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of solid experience in commercial and property leasing, legal documents and property management.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, real estate regulations, and leasing practices in Hong Kong and China.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
